Who would have thought I'd ever get a nice romantic shot of Tamahome and Miaka from the OPENING!!! This is my #1 Fushigi Yuugi dream cel, and the only thing that would make me any happier would be if I had another shot of them clothed, with a background.. but since that is never going to happen, I will revel in the beauty that is this gorgeous flowing shot of FY's lovers in a twirling embrace. **le sigh** At the time that I decided to purchase this cel, it was four times as much as I had ever spent on any cel before, so it was an extremely major decision for me. It all came down to the fact that I wasn't going to pass up my dream cel and take the chance of regretting it for always. So here it is, in all it's high-priced opening sequence glory. Arigatou, Kami-sama. *_* Scene Info: Um.. not much to say about this one scene-wise, other than it's from the opening.. and Miaka and Tamahome are twirling around naked. The words being sung at the time are "mugen e to hirake" which were translated into "open yourself to eternity". I'll have you know that it was a bloody miracle that I somehow managed to pause my DVD for this screencap (after about 6 tries) on the EXACT cel that I meant to. It's much easier said than done, especially when we're talking about a sequence that probably consists of 30-something cels.
